Gosset is strongly inspired by Haute Couture and reveals their new Champagne which is 2000 Vintage. A rare wine that reflects a mythical and capricious year; this great Vintage is the perfect representation of years of hard work.

Shaken by wild winds and hail in 2000, the Champagne vineyards have recovered all theirs strength with the arrival of good weather from summer until harvest. In these exceptional conditions the 2000 Gosset Vintage regained strength and uniqueness, growing on the best vineyards plots.

Sweet and precious, it shows off its pale yellow gold colour. Its taste is both delicate and gourmet: yellow fruits and spring flowers echo the citrus notes. This Champagne will no doubt seduce you with its freshness and its exceptionally lasting taste in the mouth which stir the lemon twist vivacity.

A subtle combination of 57% Chardonnay and 43% Pinot Noir, this Cuvee will reveal all its secrets with a toast of  foie gras, a freshly caught sea bass or scallops with Cèpes mushroom.
